RESERVATION POLICY
Check-In Time 2:30 PM | Check-Out Time 10:30 AM. Hotel rooms are available seasonally from April - December. Rates vary by day of the week, time of the year and by the room. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a room reservation.

CANCELLATON POLICY
If you cancel within 21 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel 22 days or more from your check-in date, your deposit will be refundable, less a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 7 days from your arrival date or at any time during your stay, you will be charged full price for the rooms according to reservation that was originally booked. Please communicate with us on any cancellations as soon as possible.

Pleasant Beach Hotel only collects personal information necessary to offer the services we provide.
Information collected is never sold to a third party for marketing purposes.
